.Group work towards therapeutic outcome; can see be possibility/& positivity and interrelatedness of each member based on needs and abilities. Each member will play out their role and sometimes twigging may be call for to jell/& activate the group.
..Prep, plan & evaluate; aims, select, manage and doc;To work all these out takes more time and effort then anticipated. in fact the details it calls for sends me afloat, may even fly off had I not grounded myself at the start. Selection, not of the membership but, the intended group took us a while; similarly for any group, the group might take a while to settle before therapeutic work is evident.
...Group Facilitators REP; This takes more then being nice and it was painful to face the fact there are holes that needs mending and only in the sewing can the patch be healed, having said that the choice to sew or not is always there.
....Creative method and IPS for group Facilitation; what can i say? what need to be, will be done. The how and what to do has its way of presenting itself and works its magic. Or is that just how i experience it.
my struggle in getting online and my refusal to put in WIFI at home presents an obstacle, but hurdles that are not insurmountable.
